First of all, the people. The staff were very respectful, always smiling, professional, and clearly doing their jobs very well, especially those working in the restaurant. Thanks to all of them — they were perfect. The food was also great. The hotel offers an all-inclusive meal plan, and that was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, dinner — everything was fresh. Some dishes were a bit too salty for me, but that’s just personal taste. Also, the hotel provides a wide variety of desserts, which was very good. As for the infrastructure and the pictures you see online — they are accurate. The hotel is really beautiful: nice pools, nice views, everything looks great. Yes, some things might not be brand new, but overall it was very good.

The location was good a lot of good places to eat around the hotel, the pools and the gym were nice, and the staff were lovely. The room was quite big

    The location is excellent and allows access to anywhere on foot or in a short drive, we reached anywhere we wanted. The villa is very enjoyable. There is a pampering pool. Spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The best part is the hosts. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality. They were available for us all week long to advise us on our trip and even helped us back to the villa when we were stuck. Best villa I ever been in so far.

    The suite was very spacious and modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was great and the view from the suite was incredible. Check in was easy and host was always at hand to help.

    Beautiful hotel with lots to offer , the facilities were always spotless clean and staff were lovely too! The tunnel to the beach was so handy and the beach was gorgeous ( we spent most of our days here). Also had a full body massage in the spa by Alexandra and it was so nice and relaxing. Lots of restaurants short walk from the hotel and only a 10min taxi into the old town which the staff happily organise for you at the reception!

    Lovely gardens and swimming pool. Plenty comfortable sun-loungers for everyone. Apartment spacious enough and had good storage. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Air-con in bedroom was much appreciated. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and hosts are around if you need them.

    Everything! The pool was lovely and spacious, there were plenty of sun loungers to choose from each day. The room was perfect it had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice location, right on the beach and there were lots of restaurants to choose from in the hotel, very handy if you didn’t want to head out. Overall couldn’t rate this place high enough!

    Lovely pools with plenty of sun shades and loungers. Breakfast buffet was grand to say the least, it is very easy to eat way too much here such is the large variety and selection of beautifully prepared food. There is also a very reasonably priced evening or lunch buffet in the same style, caution required, you only need one of these sittings a day. . . The staff were very professional and fluent in so many languages. The Spa was a touch of luxury . . .just go and pamper yourself
