The stuff was very friendly and tried its best all around to help and provide good service. The entertainment team were amazing. Kind and fun and created such a good vibe both for adult and for the kids. The kids club and the girls there just were remarkable and the group in general, they remember all the kids names and smile and wave every time they see them around the hotel like they were old friends, make them feel included and important regardless if they speak English or not. GOOD JOB! It is important to note I think it's a family hotel and less for couples, but it is not load, and you can have a relaxing experience.

    The villa is surrounded by trees, flowers and green grass making working out and doing yoga very enjoyable!!! The best thing for us was relaxing in the hot tub at night!!     My room was very clean and stylish, the hotel's pool was a refreshing fountain, with its crystal-clear waters and spacious sunbeds. Whether we wanted to take a dip, bask in the sun, or simply unwind by the poolside, it provided a perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. This is a must-share. It's phenomenal!

    Food quality and variety was amazing! Far exceeded expectations. And the staff working in the restaurants were very kind and attentive. Room was very spacious, much bigger than the picture made it seem. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were very thoughtful (even including a shaving set). I would also note that the hand soap and shower gel smelt amazing. The daily cleaning service was perfect.

    Property and rooms where EXTREMELY clean. Freshly painted and well maintained. Room had a good mini fridge -cools everything fast-, cutlery/plate/glasses/cups electric kettle provided, plus sponge and dish-washing fluid. Air-conditioning in pristine order and TV. Bathroom newly tiled and very clean. Hot/cold water on demand will very good water pressure. Towels and bed sheets very clean/well ironed as well. Property has a very big parking space in shade from Trees. Also the night was quiet.

    The staff were very nice and helpful. Pools were great. There was lots of space around the pool but lacking in sun loungers. The food was good. Gyros and pizza at lunch were beautiful. Kids' disco was also good and lots of activities to be involved in.
