Beach front location with a short walk to restaurants and the village, well maintained resort area & facilities, super friendly and helpful staffs. There are plenty of sunbeds to chill out. The kids love playing on the beach and went to swim in the ocean.

Excellent stay. - The house is equipped with all the necessaries. - Inside parking spots (safety + commodity) - All the rooms have A/C and balcony (In hot days it's a savior) - The hosts greeted us warmly and kept in touch with us closely throughout the holiday and were very friendly (big plus, very nice people^^) - We visited mostly all the nice beaches in Lefkada and the house was a good position as a starting point. - At the check-out they were again very friendly, left us a lovely bag of gifts and we departed happily. Recommend it 10/10.

Very clean and great resort, they have signs for respecting not paying out towels but people still did it so we didn't stay there and went to other beaches.

Kampaki Stone Houses is situated in Agios Nikitas and has a private pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay.

The place was clean which was very important for us.The location of the villa is very nice ,quiet on the mountain and close to nice places to eat or drink.The host was very polite and helped us with everything we needed.

From the moment we arrived at the villa, we knew we had found something special. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking view of the sea was truly magical — the sun rising over the water created the perfect, peaceful start to our days. We often enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, soaking in the scenery and the tranquillity that surrounded us. The villa itself was incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group more than enough room to relax. With multiple bedrooms, well-equipped bathrooms, and large common areas, it was ideal for both privacy and spending quality time together. The amenities exceeded our expectations — from the fully stocked kitchen to cozy lounging areas and even outdoor spaces perfect for evening drinks under the stars. Throughout the day, we’d often head to the beach or explore the nearby area, always coming back to a clean, cool, and inviting space. Whether we were cooking meals together, lounging with a book, or simply enjoying the view, the villa was a constant source of comfort and joy. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the host. They were incredibly kind and attentive — checking in on us, offering helpful local tips, and making sure we had everything we needed. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure our stay was not just comfortable, but memorable. Every day ended with us feeling relaxed, cared for, and grateful for such a beautiful experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

    The villa looks just like in the pictures. Very nice pool, a lot of spaces for rest and relaxation, the room is big and very clean (daily cleaning of the room). Also what we liked most were the hosts: super friendly and they recommended us the best places to visit. This accomodation really exceeded our expectations.

    Property was quiet and clean. View was beautiful overlooking the sea. The staff were absolutely superb and helped with everything needed. We will miss them and Lefkada. The rooms were a great size with a lovely private pool and private jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time and would a 100% recommend these residences.

    Excellent location, super staff. Small pool with poolside bar. Paddleboards, canoes, and motorboats for hire. Plenty of sun-loungers to relax on and a variety of shaded seating areas to read or play games etc. Right on the coast with a jetty to swim from.

    Top - fantastic place for relaxation! The property is right in front of a calm beach with many trees and a lot of shade! We stayed by the beach all day and it was amazing. Location is amazing, it’s 5 mins walk from a fantastic bakery (kalos bakery - makes great delicacies for breakfast), many super markets and great restaurants by the beach. Lefkada and Nydri are also 10 mins away. Room was great, spacious, clean, with your own outdoor chairs and table.

    Bathroom was spacious and pretty comfortable, though some extra hinges for the towels would be useful. Good and clean , kitchenware, spacious parking with shade, lovely garden with a BBQ, strategic area in general. About cleanliness I would say it was 95% clean.
