If you’re heading to Santorini, I can’t recommend Honeymoon Beach Resort enough—it’s an absolute gem! I booked it a bit on a whim after reading some reviews, and wow, am I glad I did. It’s a cozy, family-run boutique hotel with all the charm and warmth you could hope for, and it ended up making my entire trip unforgettable. Right from the start, the hospitality blew me away. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived pretty late at night, and I worried we’d have to scramble for transport. But when we finally landed, Julia’s son, Michael, was waiting for us with the friendliest smile, holding a sign with our names. It might sound small, but after a long day of travel, that welcome made all the difference. We got to the hotel, and even though it was way past typical hours, Julia herself came out to greet us. Seeing we were hungry, she offered to make us a late-night snack, and within minutes, we were enjoying a delicious homemade bowl of pasta by the pool. It’s not every day you find a hotel where the owner treats you like family right from the start! The room was spotless and beautifully styled with that signature Greek look—whitewashed walls, blue accents, and cozy furnishings. It was so welcoming that I immediately felt relaxed. You could tell the family takes great pride in maintaining everything to perfection.

Situated 80 meters from the seashore in Perivolos Beach on Santorini Island, Marillia Village is a traditional hotel offering great accommodation.

Hotel is gorgeous, especially the chill zona around the pool and this looks like in pictures. We highly apreciate that we came quite early in the morning (cause of the early flight) and we could already rest by the pool and were even invited for a breakfast. Same leaving the hotel in the afternoon after check out - they offered us a bathroom for guests with a shower and fresh towels. Thats really nice gesture. Even though we are late sleepers they always contacted us from reception what time we would like to have the room cleaned so it fits our schedule and doesnt bother us. Easy parking. The area is honestly not so special - but when you go right (not left) on the beach you will find fine beach clubs, stunning restaurants and we really like Popeye restaurant.

The property was very clean and the owner always responded within a few minutes when we needed help with something. On the first day he greeted ua wirh coffee and also took the time to give us some information on places we can visit during our stay. Thank you again for that Manolis! Location is also pretty good since you only need like 10 minutes to the beach where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. There are also supermarkets and a bakery close to the apartment. Parking is available and the WIFI worked perfectly.

Dimitri and his staff welcomed us with great kindness, we felt pampered! They were always at our disposal for any type of needing (suggesting you resaturants and boat excursions, or arranging the laundy service).it was a fantastic holiday, perfect for those who want to live Santorini in the quietest area of ​​the island, away from the chaos. the structure is well mainteined, especially the main pool, which is gorgeous, there is an incredible tranquility. We chose the room with the hot tub directly in front of the room and it was perfect for a relaxing bath at any time of the day. Rich and delicious breakfast! And the room was cleaned very well everyday.

    I loved the peaceful locality and small capacity of the establishment-the perfect place to stay if you are looking for quiet and peace,no loud music and parties nearby in the evening. Yet, restaurants and bars on the beach are aprox 7minute walk from the hotel.The room was amazing - spacious,bed comfy,bathroom beautiful. but the true highlight of the hotel was the staff - so friendly, proactive and professional -they treated us like family. at the hotel was also kittens who made sure we have no spiders outside the room- super cute plus :)

    Staff were amazing here, couldn’t do enough for you. Very kind and helpful with every little request. They really made the experience exceptional. We got upgraded and had a jacuzzi on our balcony which we didn’t get to use but was a lovely surprise. The pool area is perfect. Nice, relaxing stay and just a short walk from the black sand beach which has lots of restaurants and bars. We were only sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

    The team at Ambeli were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely could not do enough. The small touches of watermelon by the pool, bringing breakfast to your room were above and beyond. Everything was clean, tidy, and as a small resort you had space to relax and enjoy the weather. I would highly recommend to others, you will be delighted about your choice of property.

    Beautiful rooms and very friendly staff, they gave us a free update which meant a room with a jacuzzi and gorgeous bathroom! The bed was very comfortable. Clean towels and linnen daily. The pool was very beautiful as well with lots of sunbeds to relax. The breakfast was tasty with lots of options and a very kind staff member explaining what everything was - lots of Greek pastries as well, delicious! We had a great stay!

    Amazing hotel with great installations and very friendly staff. Private jacuzzi with warm water was very relaxing. Calm location away from the crowds but still 4min walk distance to a very nice beach and great restaurants. Good breakfast and very clean and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. A special thank you to the staff that made our stay the best we ever had! They organized our transfer from the airport, a last minute amazing boat trip and the car rental, giving a lot of tips of what do do and where to eat in the island.

    Perfect location and the perfect host! Irene was attentive and helped us with every little query we had. The bikes are perfect for riding down Perivolos to Perissa to the beach clubs or for dinner in the evening. Huge outdoor space, quiet & homely - large hot tub ideal for relaxing in the evenings. Had the best time!
