Kyveli Hotel is a small family-run cozy inn located in Palioi Poroi, a very small village on the eastern foothills of mount Olympus. Clean, spacious rooms, with proper heating, comfortable beds and excellent view to Thermaikos gulf and the Aegean sea. The central lounge with a nice fire-place, a traditional wood stove and comfortable armchairs and sofas is an attractive place to meet and share a drink; also used to serve breakfast. A large terrace with very nice view is also available.
The surrounding area is ideal for walking, hiking and/or climbing with small local roads and trails passing through rich woods with pine, chestnut, walnut and arbutus trees. Small creeks with plane trees on their banks are also common to see.
The village offers two nice restaurants. We tried Σχολείο, what a gem.
The owners of Kyveli are always there to serve and help, approachable and professional at the same time.

I had high expectations for this hotel, and they were exceeded in every way. The cleanliness and the level of service provided by the staff were absolutely outstanding. The architecture and design, both interior and exterior, are stunning, with beautiful attention to detail throughout the entire property. The hotel also has a bar that serves amazing cocktails, which can be delivered to your room upon request. Every room offers a direct view of the sea, but the deluxe suite on the top floor is a truly special experience, especially if you’re visiting as a couple. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed at that looks even better in person than in photos—pictures simply can’t capture the breathtaking views and the atmosphere. Without a doubt, the best hotel in the region.
Highly recommended!

George and Andrea were amazing hosts, nothing was to much trouble and so friendly, we didn't want to leave. The room and balcony was just fantastic. We loved our 4 nights there and didn't want to leave. We was very early in the season and only a few places open, but that's was great for us as we just wanted a few days of peace and quiet, so this was prefect. Thank you again guys, we will definitely be recommending Panorama Spa and Suites to friends and family.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Only a one night stay, as we were travelling through, so did not have the chance to use the spa, but could arrive late in the night, was quiet, clean and comfortable.
luxury digital room thermostat, mostly quiet appliances, phone even in the bathroom. Was very nice!
Marina's house is at the ground floor of a bigger house with independent entrance. The garden is huge with a lot of trees and places to relax. The house is new with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and liquid soap and shampoo, shower bath,, shower curtain. A double bed in thee bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen for the kids. Everything clean and comfortable. Discretion and politness from the owners. Thank you
Obtaining information on region for a book. Hotel is directly opposite beach, not sure where the spa is. Check-in and staff were great. Restaurant downstairs. Clean, towels, spare blankets, updated bathroom, soft beds. Apepars in process of updating rooms. Only thing left is a fresh coat of paint in the mainroom to match the overall effect of the new bathroom.
Amazing hospitality. The place looks very pretty, well designed, an oasis of tranquility, classy.
The rooms are spacious, good beds, good shower, good wifi. Such a nice experience to sip excellent wine next to the gorgeous designed pool. The kids loved the hotel so much. We'll definitely be back.
Excellent restaurant tips received as well. I can only highly recommend. It's just so relaxing and zen.
everything was amazing and exceeded a lot our expectations. the property have a big yard, enough parking space for many cars, a grass land and the pool is awesome. the living, rooms and kitchen offers a lot of space, each room have it's own bathroom with all the facilities needed. the owners are very nice and helpful, very responding.
