GreeceThis villa is heaven on earth! Very well located near the kaiki beach and a small walking distance from port. All rooms were very clean & comfortable & equipped with what was needed for our stay (i.e coffee , shampoo, shower gel) Huge plus the shower outside the villa & of course the Jacuzzi.

United KingdomI have stayed here many times and love this property. Very private but conveniently located at the end of Spetses town so only a short walk to the town centre. Very well managed conversion with spacious rooms and wide breakfast selection.

GreeceEverything was excellent. The Villa was amazing, very comfortable, clear, and has private room for house keeping. Villa offers you the opportunity to relax and feel like your home. It is unique for families and for teenagers. All bars, restaurants and night life is very close to the property. I hope next summer visit the Villa for at least two months.

Lovely pool area with loungers and chairs and also a terrace where you could get complimentary tea and coffee. You can also buy bottled water and other drinks there which saves carrying it from town. Pearl House is gorgeous with enough space for three friends to each have a bedroom and a bathroom. Inside and outside lounge areas, decks with views and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to have a perfect vacation. The room clean and spacious with a large bathroom and an amazing balcony with a view of the sea. Wonderful breakfast in the garden of the guesthouse with a choice. Excellent location, quiet, no fuss, very close to the center and only 5 minutes from the port on foot. The best choice I could have made.
