Just 200 metres from the sandy Kaminia Beach in Vasilikos, Villa Contessa is set amidst a blossomed garden with stone-paved alleys.

The location was beautiful. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spiros gave us tips about the area. We were also spoiled with gifts and home made marmelade, which was very nice

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Amazing place to stay, highly recommend. Super clean with good size pool. Villa was huge very well decorated . Super friendly owners. Such a lovely and quiet place near to beautiful beaches. We absolutely fall in love with this place and definitely go back again ❤️.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a patio, Astarte Villas - Arismari Villa K1 is set in Vasilikos.

The decor was beautiful, spread over three floors, lovely places to sit and relax, to enjoy the view. Kitchen was heaven! All mod cons, high spec appliances, everything was thought about! There was nothing lacking there, everything we needed. Coffee machine, ice maker and cool water from the fridge, wine cooler. Dishwasher, washing machine. Plenty of space, en-suite to all bedrooms, dressing area to all bedrooms too as well as beautiful bathrooms. Outside was stunning! An infinity pool. Hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bbq, pizza oven, places to relax and all very nicely done out. A lovely welcome package of fruit and wine and goodies for when we arrived. The owner brought round a bottle of Prosecco later in the week to celebrate my birthday. So kind and thoughtful. Just Perfect!

We loved the private pool with the comfortable sunbeds, the bed was comfortable and big, room was very clean, they allowed us early check in and they have prepared a honeymoo present for us. Staff was very accomodating and friendly and gave suggestion about which areas/restaurants worth visiting. There is also a thermal pool and spa treatments and they were very good.

We stayed only 1 night before starting a villa holiday, the staff were friendly, the food was plentiful,varied and tasty. There was no fighting over sun beds as there were plenty. Our room was large & well equipped. It's an easy walk to the beach or the shops and cafes in the other direction.

    Secluded house with private pool and access to the sea, but not too far from public beaches, super markets and restaurants. Very spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Really enjoyed the view from the terrace. Property manager is always available to answer your questions or assist you with anything. House is cleaned daily, bedsheets and towels are changed every 3 days.

    Quiet, peaceful location, but only five minutes walk to choice of fabulous beaches, a shop, and restaurants. Our duplex apartment was very spacious, full of character, and comfortable. Well equiped kitchen Great pool area and gardens for relaxing and keeping our children entertained. Helpful welcoming host with great advice and tips on what to see and do, and where to eat Close to Gerakas, probably the best beach on the island?!

    Perfect location for a relaxing Greek holiday. Over 20+ years we have stayed in various apartments in Vasilikos. This is one of the best. Everything is quality, the apartment was spacious and airy. The hosts are super friendly and always around to help with any queries. We felt very looked after.

    The hotel location is impressive, with private access to the sandy beach, simply perfect for some days of pure relaxation.  The staff is very kind and helpful, Our room was excellent, very spacious and modern. The food by the pool was of great quality and we really enjoyed the greek menu.  We will be back.

    Great beachfront hotel in Zakynthos. Stayed for a week with my family and totally enjoyed it. Its private beach and swimming pool can keep you entertained all day long. Our suite was very spacious, modern and quite with an amazing sea view. The staff were always polite, friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zakynthos who wants to relax.

    The complex is lovely and very clean, in a quiet area, very close to the beach. It features a beautiful garden. The owner is amiable and always willing to help. The swimming pool is nice and sparkling clean which is excellent for swimming lovers like me—definitely, a place to relax and recharge.

    It is spacious and accommodated two families easily. The swimming pool is lovely. We used the charcoal BBQ often. The views were great and the higher position brought cooling breezes both times we visited this villa. The bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning. Housekeeping came twice a week which was an unexpected bonus. The villa owner is very friendly and helpful, responding to any messages promptly during the holiday. Great place to stay for accessing all the beautiful Vasilikos beaches (car necessary).

    Amazing! Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and enough storage space. Excellent location for swimming and relaxing with the charming smell of pine. Warm-hearted staff. I was pleasantly surprised to see the room in reality. It looks better than in the photos.
