Clean and comfortable apartment on 1st floor in a very quiet residential area, very nice owner always willing to help, while staying for 2 weeks we were offered 2 free trips with the tourist agency that owns the apartment, very close to the bus stop to the old town and to Lumbarda, the nearest beach was the best in the town of Korčula, we didn't use the pool so we can't comment it

Our host was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. He picked us up from the port, took us grocery shopping, arranged for paddleboards to be delivered to our house and even took us back to the port. The house itself was incredible. Right on the water so we could swim or paddleboard whenever we wanted. Great accommodation with air con in the house. Lovely hot tub too. The location was a ten minute walk to the port and 15 minutes to the old town. Lots of restaurants close by for when we didn’t fancy cooking. The house was incredible.

Everything! The views from every part of the villa were incredible, and the thoughtfulness put into the design of the house meant there was always shade to relax in. The facilities were fantastic - we used them all! Bike rides every day (amazing cycling on Korcula), gym, paddle boards, hot tub - all of it was high quality - clearly no expense was spared when kitting out the house. We felt very well looked after - great tips from the owner, and the lovely host Bibi bought us breakfast everyday and checked in on us most days to check everything was ok. The stunning pool was a bit hit too!

The whole experience was way more than expected... easy and kind communication with the host at any time, beautifully maintained and built villa that had everything you could possibly need, and very much private location with amazing view. I would 100% book the villa again, as Korcula takes at least 10 days to cover most locations, and this accommodation makes everything so much more delightful and memorable.

We had a really great holiday here. We were two families, with young children. The apartment is modern, very clean and smart, very comfortable, quiet, looking out over the bay - a lovely view. There is a big and private terrace balcony, with The kitchen is unusually well kitted out, and a very generous collection of fruit and treats was left for us. We were very grateful for the excellent air con as it was hot outside. Racisce is a lovely village around a pretty bay, with several good cafe/restaurants and a small shop open daily. The apartment is on the third floor and you just walk down the outside steps to the sea. There are many concrete and stone quays with small boats moored up and (in August) lots of people swimming in the bay in the evenings. Just outside our apartment there is a small protected shingle beach - perfect for children, and another shingle beach near the shop and restaurants. The apartment came with a paddle board and electric scooter. We hired a boat from Lumbarda Rent-a-Boat (they delivered it), which we moored outside the apartment and visited nearby coves (eg Vaja, Samograd) to snorkel, but you can also walk or drive to those. Taxi Petar in Korcula town were great (booking by Whatsapp message), as we had no car. Excellent communication from apartment manager.
