The property is beautiful surronded by magnificent views. The hosts, Jagoda, Robert and Molly are beyond exceptional. Wonderful people.

The apartment was very cozy close to the cabin like experience also great communication with the staff.

It is a good place if you need to stay for a couple of nights. The host is very nice. The house is clean but old. It was wa rm.

Apartment was even bigger than it looked on the website, and was equipped essentially with more than what's usually needed (kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, etc.). And even if you miss something, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, with lots of options. Location is really great if you're with family, as on one side it's very quiet but on another you have several restaurants/bars/shops withing walking distance. If you like parties, bars etc. - the Crikvenica center can be reached by foot following the road next to the beach. There are cars there, but due to the fact that it's only one way, it's relatively safe. The closest beach is very good and really close (you just need to walk down, max. 5 min without kids :)), it also has a beach bar and it's possible to rent sunbeds/umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and you can get great advice and recommendations from them. They really make this place awesome. I would say they are the main differentiator and reason for my high ratings. The hotel has lot's of places to sit and relax, a pool and even a room for children to play if the weather is bad.

If you have the right upper appartements you have nice view . The room is quite big with all luxuries you need inside

Despite being June and the water being super cold, we couldn't resist a quick dip – it was invigorating! Warm Welcome: Our host greeted us with a traditional welcome Rakija and a beautiful plate of local produce. They took the time to explain how to use all the amenities, including the sauna, hot tub, fireplace, and well-stocked kitchen and grill. A tip for future guests: there's plenty of wood for the grill, so there's no need to bring your own like I did! Thoughtful Details: The house was impeccably clean, with sweet surprises and fresh towels in every bedroom, as well as little soaps provided in every bathroom. These small details made a big difference in our comfort. Overall, the Holiday House Sobol is a gem. It offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, all set in a stunning natural location. Whether you're looking to relax in the sauna, enjoy a massage, or simply take in the beautiful surroundings, this place has it all. Highly recommended for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway!

The house is very clean, has all the facilities you need. the view is amazing, the jacuzzijem is wanderful. The host is very helful and friendly. You can contact her anytime and she immediately answer. The beaches around the house is so pretty. Defently i will repeat it again.

Divni ljudi, apartman izuzetno čist i dobro opremljen (toster, kuhalo za vodu, kafe aparat, ves masina, cak i kalup za torte!). Ima čak i malu saunu, sanjkalište odmah pored kuće, mirno i predivna priroda.
