Nice and quiet in the "middle of nowhere". It really feels like you are on the country side. Only the farm animals were missing. Close to the Portoroz airport, not much further from Trieste. We also loved visiting Rovinje and Poreç. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

Nice location, near the beach and just outside Umag (only 5 min with car to centre). Not many tourists at the beach. Room was just as described and like the photos. The hostess was really nice and prepared each morning a freshly made breakfast. Breakfast is between 8.00-10.00h but on our last day we would leave early she made the breakfast for us at 7.00 which was really nice! Jacuzzi was really nice! We used it every evening.

Good location not really far from the sea, the hosts welcomed us well and the place had everything we need. PS: we loved your well-behaved little dog!
