The property is excellent and the host very accommodating. The rooms were excellent, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed (including dishwasher), the swimming pool was excellent and the distance from the coast was not an issue with a car (50 minutes through beautiul countryside).

Hotel Eden is peacefully situated only 20 metres from the sea in Podstrana, a 10-minute drive from Split. It offers spacious and modern, bright rooms with free internet access.

Had a great stay at Hotel Eden in Podstrana. The room was comfy, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was really good. Would stay again!

    I liked it all! Apartment was clean, modern and cosy. Jacuzzi was great addition. Our host was super friendly and gave us all informations about apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Parking space was included. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again!

    Excellent accommodation with beautiful surrounding countryside with only a 10/12 minute walk downhill into town. The outside area is spacious with plenty of seating both in and out of the sun. The pool is clean and well kept and was so refreshing in the hot weather. We were greeted by the owners of the house who made us feel very welcome throughout the holiday even supplying local homemade foods to try- delicious, in addition to giving us ideas and suggestions of where to visit. Good restaurants in town.

    Lady came to meet us, she is lovely. We got there early so went for a coffee. Clean room, comfy bed, lounge, water in the fridge and tea and coffee. We were a little concerned about the "Lover cafe/bar" next door but we didn't hear anything. Lovely bathroom and hot water. If you open the bedroom window your in for a treat after the sun has gone down. Highly recommend.

    Right on the main road, parking out front, spacious clean room and gteat bathroom. Excellent breakfast and very cheerful staff I turned up late, close to midnight when there were no staff at work but they sent me the 4 digit code for the outside door and my room key was inside on the reception desk as promised. All went well.

    The host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was amazing. Clean, modern, really nice bathroom, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. We had a free upgrade to an apartment with a private terrace and hot tub!
