A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sanur, Sanur Residence is a villa surrounded by views of the mountain.

Needs a little paint here and there, but overall it is really nice and the staff is so amazing. They more than make up for the smaller issues with the house!

The villa and facilities were beautiful, and always perfectly clean. Perfect for our grown up family of four. Beds and linen were very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming and efficient, and very happy to assist in any way. We loved having delicious smoothies or snacks brought to us in the villa so we could enjoy by the pool.

    Location is really good, Villa is a good size with nice plunge pool. Good value for what we paid. Needs a little bit of maintenance here and there but nothing that bothered us. Neighbors were very pleasant and friendly. Filtered water onsite which was very handy.

    The suite was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 and having 2 bathrooms was great. Cleaning staff did a good job of servicing our suite each day. We loved the complimentary water provided. The pool area was also well equipped and relaxing. It was great to be at the back of the resort where it was quieter and close to the back gate.

    Everything was beautiful and spacious! We loved the luxurious feel of the villa, and the pool was a delight to swim in. The king-size beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were large. We loved the open plan style of the kitchen and lounge outdoor areas. Very clean and tidy, with lots of storage for clothes. All up a fabulous place to stay - this is our second time we have stayed at Emerald Villas and again we were not disappointed!

    My room on the first floor was very spacious with a huge bed. The pool area was lovely set in tropical gardens with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. Good to have glass bottled water X2 replenished daily. The bathroom included a bath, which would be handy if you were travelling with a small child. The location is close to the beach, shopping and eateries. Friendly, helpful staff.

    The location is amazing, with a small nice walk or a bike you’re at the center and beach. After I noticed something on my sheets they immediately helped changing and got me all pampered at the spa after because of inconvenience. That really shows how above and beyond they go to make your stay perfect. I’ve relaxed so well here, I will 100% come back. Loved the Japanese style big bathtub and the patio!

    Location next to Pantai Sindhu is excellent. Enjoyed a good choice of breakfast at Luhtu on the beach. Very friendly staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Complimentary bottles of water. Nice lounge where I could meet my Balinese friends. I didn't use the pool because I only spent one night. Highly recommendable.

    Bathroom was recently updated. Large open space to read and relax upstairs. Friendly staff. Breakfast was served in the cafe located on site. Very handy! Great location. Good air con. Big mirrors for getting dressed etc.

    We stayed with our kids 7, 6 and almost 2. Located one street back from the beach with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop on the same stretch. Villa was clean and spacious with an outdoor bathroom, shower and toilet. The staff are lovely. The Villa is looking out to the pool and big grass area feels very open and relaxing. Our villa was surrounded by a fishpond that the kids loved, but might not suit famies with small bubs. The beds all have mosi nets, there was a fair few around but the nets worked well

    Breakfast was great and we actually had dinner at Puri Santrian every night. Each meal was very tasty and the service was terrific. Nothing was too hard for the staff to accomodate. The pool areas were lovely with comfortable sun lounges and beautiful garden. The beach was also very clean. I had a fabulous massage at the spa. Our room was the deluxe room which was spacious and had a great bathroom and shower.

    we loved that it was even better than what was in the photos. the bedrooms were big with comfortable king size beds and their own bathrooms, a great outdoor area to relax all day, the pool was perfect temperature day and night, the daily room service kept everything clean and tidy and it was quiet away from the busy road. we loved the convenience of eating around us and the walk to the beach and shopping was easy or a cheap cab ride home. we stayed as a family with 2 older teenagers and it was great to have our own space but come together too.
