Hotel staffs are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, we really had a great time there. We wanted to stay around quieter area so senggigi was perfect for us. Tables always clean, tidy, cleared fast. Biggest compliments to them. Spa is beautiful. Atmosphere relaxing. Ginger tea was really good. The villa was amazing, large pool and 3 large well serviced bedrooms, all immunities provided comfy beds lovely bath in master suite, lovely TV room. Set in lovely grounds.
