The apartment is even better than the photos. Everything is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Norris was an amazing host going above and beyond. She picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back there on our departure. She left us food and prosseco which was a nice touch. Our adapter plug broke and Norris was so kind to give us a plug for our onward travel.

The Meridiana is a small family-run hotel offering direct access to Lake Como from its garden, and 2 terraces. Rooms are compact and cosy.

Exception location by the lake, friendly staff, really good food and wine. The room was very nice and tidy with ample storage.

Offering a private beach area, two lake-view terraces and a garden overlooking the lake, Villa Marina - Como lake is located in Bellano in the Lombardy Region, just 800 metres from the city centre.

Location on the lake; Bellano is a bit less busy than say Varenna or Bellagio. Unique historic house stay. Manuela’s breakfast was fantastic and Francesca went out of her way to help.

This impressive hotel boasts an enviable location, overlooking Lake Como and just 100 metres from the pedestrian centre of Menaggio. Admire the view across the lake to Bellagio and Varenna.

The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived till we departed. The staff are so accommodating, they upgraded us to the next room which was very lovely of them. Throughout the stay the staff have been the best. The food and the facilities are amazing..

Hotel Diffuso Il Portichetto Vezio Perledo has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Perledo.

Little gem in Perledo, with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding area, and a short walk to Varenna. Rita, and staff, were very accommodating and warm. We were picked up by a taxi in the train station, and we could check-in earlier and leave our suitcases in the room. We felt that we could have stayed way more than 2 nights if time allowed!

Featuring an open-air bath and views of lake, Villa Lina is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Tremezzo, 1.2 km from Villa Carlotta.

Beautiful villa in Tremezzo, only 3 rooms so perfect for couples. Our appointed room had everything you could need for a short stay & great view across the villa garden to Lake Como. Lina & Alessandro were wonderful hosts, nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfast provided daily which we were able to take on the terrace owing to favourable April weather. Our hosts also provided great suggestions on things to do & places to eat/drink which didn’t disappoint. Thank you again for looking after us & making us welcome in your home!

    The view from the balcony is the real winner! Angela and Stefy were lovely and helpful. The villa is clean and tidy with good kitchen facilities, two dining room tables and a hot tub to enjoy. We would definitely recommend for group holidays! Thank you

    Up the spiral staircase is this lovely spacious and comfortable air-conditioned apartment with bathroom, sitting area, small equipped kitchen, balcony, courtyard, and car parking. Beautiful short walk through the gardens into Bellagio. We loved this location and had a beautiful 2 night stay. The restaurant next door was our favourite!

    The room and bathroom were spacious with plenty of old world charm. We had a small balcony with a view of the lake, lovely for sitting out enjoying a cold beer on an evening. The property has a quaint garden area with tables and chairs. Location is at the top of a hill in the centre of Bellagio, near to restaurants, cafes and shops but away from the hustle and bustle during the daytime. Convenient for the ferry straight down the steps from the house to the ferry stop.

    Very spacious, bedrooms both have their own bathrooms and are on separate floors which gave a bit more privacy. Great location, 20 mins uphill from Bellagio waterfront with stunning views. Very clean and well kept with amenities including dishwasher, TV etc. Host was very friendly and kept in touch when needed.

    It’s clean, big and spacious for 4 people. The balcony is nice too but you can also have access from the bathroom too. Free Prosecco upon arrival but host was late.

    Lovely spacious rooms with a tasteful modern decor. Loved the large bathroom with a huge shower arrangement. There was lift, slow but much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and generous and the breakfast room was cosy with a lovely view of the internal courtyard. It's location, in the small town of San Giovanni di Bellagio, was a great choice as it provided a quiet and relaxing experience to the crowded and overly touristy Bellagio.

    The location of this hotel is just amazing, right on the edge of the lake with the ferry straight outside. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The roof top bar lounge area was a wonderful space to relax but to enjoy drinks in an evening with a view to die for. The hotel owners are overseeing everything which is a really lovely personal touch. We will be back!

    This house is big, plenty of space with three bedrooms and large lounge upstairs and bathroom. Shower room and kitchen are downstairs. Check in instructions were very helpful and clear. Nearby restaurants, just 1 minute walk across the road, were very good and recommended. Main Bellagio and Lake Como are a 20 minute walk but there are a number of car parks in close proximity.

    Amazing apartment, good location - 10 mins walk to main area (1 straight road). Host was fantastic, very helpful with local sites/eateries etc and transported us with our baggage to /from train station. Lots of little touches and amenities throughout. (inc a jacuzzi bath) We will definitely return

    Parking in front of the Villa Melzi garden entrance, next to the appartments as well. Nice inner garden to relax. The kitchen is well equiped. The room is quiet and easy to keep cool. Spacious bathroom and appartement. We were actually pretty sad we only stayed here 1 night. Price Quality wise, a very good choice! The hostess on top is very nice, helpfull and easy to contact.
