We had a small balcony with a view of the lake, lovely for sitting out enjoying a cold beer on an evening. The property has a quaint garden area with tables and chairs. Location is at the top of a hill in the centre of Bellagio, near to restaurants, cafes and shops but away from the hustle and bustle during the daytime. Great location, 20 mins uphill from Bellagio waterfront with stunning views. The breakfast was excellent and generous and the breakfast room was cosy with a lovely view of the internal courtyard. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The roof top bar lounge area was a wonderful space to relax but to enjoy drinks in an evening with a view to die for. Check in instructions were very helpful and clear. Nearby restaurants, just 1 minute walk across the road, were very good and recommended. The room is quiet and easy to keep cool. Spacious bathroom and appartement. We were actually pretty sad we only stayed here 1 night. Price Quality wise, a very good choice!
