    We were in the apartment 8. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the terrace. We spent most of the time on the terrace. The terrace is connected to the kitchen-dining room and is shaded from morning to early afternoon. The bathroom is fine. The internet is fast and available throughout the apartment and by the pool. The beach is nice and you can find a free part as well as a paid part.

    The space is bright, modern and clean with a fantastic layout that maximizes comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure, and the living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants and beach. It is not quiet due to being close to center of Follonica. Owner is reactive, communicative and very helpful! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a high-quality and well-located living environment.

    We booked the room at the very last minute after being stranded at the station in Follonica, after our train was cancelled. We arrived at the B&B after 9 pm and the staff was accommodating, even though they had to give us a different room than the one we had booked (we were supposed to have a sea view, but we didn't mind). The room was nice and clean, with air conditioning and a lot of storage space.

    Beautiful residence located few kilometers from Follonica and the coast. It has a quite wide swimming pool, lots of parking slots and space outside. The basic room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was "Italian style" that for us was perfect but some foreigners could have some complains. The residence is easy reachable by car, probably it is not so simple to reach it with public transportation. I recommend this residence!

    Apartment was clean, rooms are spacious and separate bathrooms are a big plus. From the terrace you can see the ocean. We also rented the garage so we did not have any problems with car parking. For morning coffee you can go to Piccolo Cafe and La Lanterna was a good fish restaurant.

    lovely onsite restaurant with very friendly staff available for breakfast lunch and dinner. beautiful swimming pool which is extremely clean and well maintained including ample sun loungers and umbrellas. location is very nice and the property is nicely laid out with plenty of space for all apartments and rooms. I recommend any guests have a car to make the most of the local area and beaches.

    The room was beautiful and clean and the window in the ceiling is a nice touch. Very spacious bathroom. Reserved parking spots were nice, but we didn't really notice where it was before we went by foot. Location is good with the beach so close. We would definitely recommend this B&B.

    The staff were wonderful and did everything to accommodate our needs and wishes. We felt pampered. I loved the little extras, like really good hair conditioner and super soft bathrobes. The views were amazing and the outdoor seating was well thought out.
