Great location. Clean facility. Spacious. Balcony, you can see the sea, but mostly rooftops. I was allowed to check in early which was nice. At first the host was very friendly and then things went south. I was traveling alone in Italy for 2 weeks prior to this stay, my sister was flying from Germany to meet me. When I arrived she asked if I had a baby, which I thought was odd, but I guess I mistakenly put a baby instead of an additional guest. No big deal, right? I'll pay the extra money. She told me the extra charge, and of course, no worries, I'll pay I'm there three nights. I didn't have cash and she sent me a link for bank transfer which is nothing I could do as I'm from US, again I wasn't worried about the timing of the extra $120 euros I was going to get the money to them. She kept messaging me for the money, I let her know that I don't have the ability to transfer and I need to get cash, had a boat to catch etc. Thankfully my sister when she came was able to transfer the 120, but I never felt so disrespected about a payment that was constantly demanded.
There were two coffee pods so I asked for more, and she kindly left more out the door for me.
There was only one roll of toilet paper, it was almost gone so I kindly asked for another. I was told there was one in the bathroom. There was not, but she insisted and told me that they only provide initial essentials and accused me that there was for sure two rolls! This exchange via whatsapp was the most ridiculous I've ever experienced in my over 20 countries and 100 Booking.com experiences. OVER A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER! she finally left one outside the door.
Lastly, when I went to shower for the first time there was a bandaid on the shower wall (honestly not a big deal, my parents have two booking properties, I understand).

Property’s beautiful. Common areas such as pool and outside restaurant are the highlights.
Rooms are incredibly clean which is so important to me! Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. All staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The hotel’s area at the beach is wonderful. Location is great!

Stepping into a hot tub and soaking in warm water is bliss. If you choose a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you want – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer private hot tubs, while others have shared jacuzzis, usually part of a wellness spa.
The hotel and spa was amazing, awesome pool and lounge area.
The hotel was very accommodating with my special request for my wife's BD on arrival. (they even reminded me and timed welcome drinks, etc. on check in)
That was much appreciated.
Presidential Suite with Private Hot Tub is pricey but a great option for a romantic stay.
This place was so much bigger than we expected! The ceilings were high, bathrooms large and the bedrooms good in size. We were also surprised with the outdoor space - terrace and garden filled with fruit trees. Some reviews mentioned a lack of outdoor furniture, which remains the case, however we made the most by brining the indoor chairs out. It’s an easy walk to the town and back, with supermarkets nearby. Street parking was always easy.
The apartment is as beautiful as it shows on the pictures. Great interior design and well decorated. We also loved the two bathrooms and plenty of space for two people. Also the location was perfect, only two minutes by foot.
It was very peaceful and relaxing, lots of space and the washing machine was a nice bonus! Staff was super friendly and the private beach is a nice touch
We stayed for one night, the room had everything we needed, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large and the shower great. There is a lovely outside space too. The location is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Great value.
The seaview appartment had a very nice terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner with a great view. The small "private" beach at the property is beautiful and quiet. Very friendly staff. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. And everything was perfectly clean. A perfect place to enjoy a couple of calm and relaxing days.
