What a privilege to stay somewhere this amazing, unique and historic. Everything is antique, most of the building is a museum. There are just 4 guest bedrooms. We felt like king and queen of this seafront palace in Leuca. We would definitely stay here again.

    We liked everything, from the elegance of the place to the scrumptious breakfast. The property is one of the best we have stayed in Puglia. Our bedroom was spacious so was the bathroom, breakfast was homemade and Silvina gave us super advice on places to go to, restaurants and boat rides. It is extremely well located.

    Very clean, updated, fabulous place to stay. This place had terraces and a lovely rooftop balcony to relax and have sundowners on. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the town below. The bathrooms, wifi, washing machine and air conditioning were perfect bonuses. In a great location just above the beaches and restaurants. Five minutes walk away.

    The villa is so picturesque and pretty. We loved the decor and the green spaces surrounding the pool. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere was ideal to relax and recharge.

    Clean rooms and bathrooms, into a more remote and quaiet area, but close to center and with a spaciouse terace, where you could look at the sea. Perfect for a family or a small group and a + it had 2 bathrooms. Big Thank you to Francesco as he waited longer then expected and announced, not to mention it was a Friday.

    Very cozy modern hotel with a very beautiful common area. Room and bathroom were also comfortable - enough space and clean. Location of the hotel is not central, but walking distance through nice port area. We arrived with the rented car and could park on a safe parking of the hotel.

    Really liked this hotel. It was perfect for our one night stay and would be great for extended period also. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to the next room category and it was spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities in the room and bathroom. Nice pool area and my husband made use of the gym albeit small. Would recommend this hotel

    A lovely, spacious seaside hotel. For the price it was really good value. The room was big enough, though the bathroom was a bit tiny. Stayed in the back of the hotel and even though there were no sea views there, it was still all splendid. Staff friendly, the cocktail bartender brilliant (though I only drank wine) and breakfast (too?) copious. I’d stay there again, next time booking a room with a view over the sea.

    Lovely and spacious house with all the utilities needed for a great holiday, very quiet and relaxing estate with street parking possible in front of the house. The staff were very professional, nice and available to help us with anything we needed. The place is very close to Maldive di Salento and other beautiful parts of Puglia that are really worth visiting. Also, there are many options of restaurants in Leuca or surroundings. I would definitely reccomend this house for who's looking for a relaxing holiday.
