Cozy, leafy campground: just a 3-minute walk to bus stop #5 and Lidl, and 10 minutes by bus to Venice (tickets sold at reception). Simple bungalows with air-conditioning and private terraces, plus a pool, pizzeria, and mini-market on site. Tasty breakfast and great value for money—an ideal balance between the buzz of the city and the tranquility of nature.

Excellent stay! Perfect location, just steps from the Rialto Bridge and close to everything. The room was spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was cozy and intimate – it felt more like staying in a home than a hotel. Alessandro was very attentive and made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend it!

The team were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay lovely.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Lovely clean hotel, right at front of bus stop, late buses to venice and venice airport. We reached around 11 am several hours before check in. Staff gave us the room number directed us to a sitting lounge upstairs with washroom, to relax until room is ready. There is also a luggage storage we left our luggage on arrival then after check out and collected back half hour before our train.
Nearby are the shops and a huge interspar super market.
I appreciated the quiet location just outside Mestre. A nearby bus stop 5-10 mins walk from the house was ideal for getting into Venice within 30 mins.
My en suite room was quite large, had a double bed, and had plenty of wardrobe storage space. It had an air conditioning unit that was not needed. The bathroom sported a jacuzzi bath, too.
There was also a communal lounge I could have used.
The breakfast was typically continental and plenty of coffee.
Apartment in good location
It was a really good size/spacious
Very clean
Great facilities both in the kitchen and bathrooms
It was modern and relaxing
In a central but quiet location
Loved it overalll
1. There are a lot of seats in the lobby and outside to wait until check up, and just to relax. A play corner for children is also there, my kid liked playing there. 2. The family room (2 adults + 2 kids) is spacious, bathroom facilities are good. All is clean. 3. Breakfast is excellent - highly recommend to book a room with breakfast included. 4. Location is very convenient.
Room is very spacious, same the bathroom. Also there is a balcony, which is great. Bed is pretty comfortable and good selection of free coffee and tea. There is also a minibar but the prices are a bit on the expensive side. Shower is spacious and bathtub with jacuzzi is amazing. Landlord was helpful with informations about the area and the room and very polite.
The quality of this hostel is out of this world. Everything was modern and clean, the room was spacious for the amount of people in it, there facilities were top notch, each room had its bathroom and showers. Everything run smoothly. Plenty of common room with places for socializing or just relaxing alone. Literally around the corner from the train to Venice which was so convenient.
This is an exceptional place if you want to visit Venice. The hotel is located very close to Mestre train station with frequent and inexpensive trains and buses to Venice Santa Lucia. The buidling is located on a very calm street in safe area, you don't feel that you are close to Venice or busy Mestre, it's so relaxing. Our room was very nice, spacious with big bathroom, and charming balcony. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy. The breakfast was very good and staff very attentive and helpful. An absolute gem!
