The apartment is very nice, spacious, very clean and well equipped - you can have coffee, there are some bathroom accessories available. The beds are comfortable. Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom and excellent air conditioning and wifi. The breakfast is the healthiest I have experienced in Italy, yet still a good variety. The shower room was really good with WC and Bidet, good shower. The apartment was AC and a spare fan, TV etc. It was perfect for relax and walks in the center of the city. Easy to walk here from the central station and short walk to the city center as well. Many supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and don't feel cramped. Very accomodating pleasant staff. Prepared a lovely take away breakfast when i said we ´d have to leave by 6.30am. So close to Francescana Casa Maria Luiga where we went for dinner. Centrally located only a 15 walk from the train station and adjacent to the town centre, Coco 21 is accessible on level 2 of the building by either stairs or a lift.
