Carla gave us local advice about restaurants and the best restaurant was underneath us (Da SID). Truly excellent. Paid parking in the street was easy, free from 8pm -9am and Sundays. The apartment was extremely spacious, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, living area, washing machine and best of all a lovely balcony with the shade of a beautiful tree. The distance to centre of town was a nice walk. We had the exterior bathroom but to ourselves so is not a problem but the Japanese room with garden space is definitely the room to pick if I stayed there again. You need to experience it to appreciate. There is enough to see in an intensive day in Oristano. You will need more to travel to Tharros etc. outside town. Enjoyed the unexpected radio built in the shower, fun little touch. Very comfortable bed. The homemade cake for breakfast was delicious.
