United StatesThe Domus is a great place to stay; I highly recommend it. My room, with a shared bath, was spotlessly clean and quiet; the bathroom was also clean and had lots of hot water (just wait a few minutes for it to flow). Though the room was small, there’s a delightful common room with tables and whimsical artwork by a local Piacentine artist on the walls. The location couldn’t be better - within easy walking distance of the train station, the main piazza, piazza cavalli, the Farnese Palace, and lots of charming small shops and restaurants.

The spa was nice, dinner was excellent, solid breakfast. Comfy bed, clean, peaceful- a great spot worth a visit.

The building is beautiful, a well-maintained medieval architecture monument with renovated comfortable rooms. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious with nice decoration and all necessary comforts. The garden is very nice too and well-preserved. There were so many little touches in the kitchen, living area and bathroom that really showed they cared about their guests. The apartment is well kitted out, has a fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and Italian coffee maker (because choice is important...) and feels spacious and modern. We did not have problems in finding a parking space at a walking distance from the flat, but keep in mind that is free only overnight (which is to be expected as it is near the city centre). Plenty of parking places, nice clean room with big bathroom, comfortable bed and wifi. Delicious breakfast prepared by the smiling owners is the cherry on top :) We (2 adults with one dog) stayed only for one night during our travel to Spain so the location was also perfect - close to the highway.
