the facilties, the location. there is a private beach, with a swimming pool (salt water, but enough showers). It is relaxed, but the kids could really play in the big pool, it is very deep. breakfast is fantastic, the last day we got a breakfast to take away because we had to go to the ferry very early!

really nice and cozy. Nice area, a little bit away from cities. Swimming pool after a day at the beach is a great feature. Large garden with volleyball area and kids pools and toys. Great with dogs. We have been upgraded. It was really appreciated. Our dog loved the little private garden. We’ll come back!

It's amazing place to stay. House is surrounded by diverse nature that you can find on island of Elba. From one side you have mountains view, which you can enjoy straight from jacuzzi at evening or from roof terrace while having a breakfast. On other side you have great view of Portoferraio bay. Thanks to Emanuela & Peppe whom made our stay just perfect! I definitely recommend to pick this place if you want to have a memorable experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Acacie, overall it met our expectations. we were in the residence rather than the hotel so we did not have any meals there.. We self catered for breakfast and went out for dinner, note you need a car of course, there are no restaurants in walking distance other than the hotel itself. Its right on a nice beach, which has a free beach area as well as hotel sunbeds etc available to hire. Nice pool area also.

Really cute pink and clean hotel situated very close to the Barbarossa beach with restaurants and beachshop. Very nice outside areas to sit in the morning or evening, to enjoy breakfast or a glass of Prosecco from the hotel bar. Very clean rooms with fresh towels and housekeeping everyday. Very polite and friendly staff. Family run hotel and the owner was very helpful and friendly, helped us with all the info needed to enjoy Porto Azzurro the most and helped us book a taxi very early in the morning to catch a ferry from Portoferraio. It is about 15-20 minutes walking distance to the centre but there is a free shuttle bus going every 10 minutes from 20-24 pm. Nice clean pool and hot tub outside and beautiful garden with palm trees. Very nice breakfast area in side downstairs but we mostly enjoyed it outside in one of the pavillions. Would definitely stay here again, very beautiful and clean place.

    Location was beautiful on the beach, our room was upgraded to the gorgeous palazzo, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food in the two restaurants was top class. J loved having aperitif’s on the balcony of the Palazzo

    The place is just amazing. Leave the car behind and just walk everyday in the most perfect beach. The rooms are spacious, with a jaw open view and very fresh for this extreme hot weather. Clean and perfect hotel!!! PS. There is enough place to park a car if you need it. The restaurant also recommended!

    The property is located in a nice spot with private parking, really close to a small stone beach. It is also close enough to a grocery store (about 10 min with the car). The house is big, the two bathrooms are nice, however only one of them has a window. The house was able to fit comfortably two couples. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate a dinner/lunch up to 6 people, however in the summer it might be hot since the air conditioning is only in the rooms. The living room was also a nice space to spend time together with the AC!

    Breakfast was delicious with a really wide offer of food and lovely coffee. The bed was insanely comfy and the room and bathroom spacious and clean. Aircon was great. Location is superb. Hosts super welcoming, friendly, and great communicators.

    A spacious apartment in the very old town of Portoferraio. The kitchen and bathroom have all that you'd need including a washing machine. The metal window shades keep the sun out.

    the location was good for getting to the beach, to restaurants and shops. there were two separate spaces for sleeping,a living room,a bathroom and a kitchen so for two couples it’s ok. we had a problem with the couch but they fixed it quite fast but had to get angry a which is something I don’t appreciate when I’m on holiday especially when I’m paying for a service which should offer as a minimum a place to sleep on.
