Rooms are spacious, clean and nice. Bathroom small. Staff are helpful and nice, yet disorganised. Service during breakfast is inconsistent. We had dinner at the hotel only once, as it was disappointing. However, I do get the feeling that you are expected to dine at the hotel daily. The breakfast was lovely, with multiple choices such as pastries, cereals and hot bacon and eggs. The spa area is great, especially after a day skiing with a big sauna and hot tub.
