Everything in this resort is just outstanding. The apartment is nice and large enough with classic (old-type furniture). There is air-conditioning system in the rooms and a large terrace where you can have lunches. The park is really wonderful and the swimming pool is just marvelous. The people taking care of the resort are really nice and friendly. We have had such a good time there, it is a very quite place not far from the seaside (< 2 km).

Great location to visit the surrounding areas and the many available beaches. The property has everything you need to enjoy your staying, including a pool and play area (much appreciated by our kids). Ombretta, Giovanni and everyone and the property are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to make your stay more enjoyable.

Such a beautiful apartment which had all we needed, plus the spa was a relaxing bonus after exploring Civitavecchia. The location was spot on with everything you need nearby. Andrea was super helpful, a great host!

    The location and views of structures, gardens, rooftops, so lovely. My sister and I enjoyed the two spacious separate rooms with ample closets and great windows with modern hardware. We liked that we could leave the car parked and do everything on foot from the place. We loved the quiet mornings and the small but perfectly appointed kitchen. Lovely little balcony. Bathroom had great water pressure and lots of space was left in drawers for makeup, etc. Really a place we would happily come back to!

    Great budget hotel ..dated but clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and so close to the wonderful Tarquinia old town. Parking is outside the hotel but seemed to be enough spaces. Has a lift... We didnt eat there. Was perfect for what we needed. And great value for money.

    The room was spacious with super comfy bed, spotlessly cleaned every day. Great swimming pool with a bar and daytime restaurant next to it. Everyone from the staff was super friendly and gentle. Our one week stay was very pleasant and relaxing !

    The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our favorite thing by far was the breakfast, it was super delicious and always very diverse. The rooms are spacious and sophisticated and the air-conditioning works well. The pool area is lovely, offers a lot of space to relax and a nice, clean pool and you can have quick lunches/drinks/snacks there too. There are a lot of free parking spaces at the hotel, and parking in the area is generally very cheap everywhere (3 € per day).

    Situated in a nice quiet residential area with a large pool, lovely gardens and above all an excellent restaurant with reasonably priced food. Our room was clean and comfortable with a spacious balcony overlooking the garden. An ideal space to read and relax. The staff without exception were friendly and helpful. I hope to return for a longer stay sometime in the future.

    Big appartment with separate lounge/diner Comfortable bed. Breakfast very good with meat cheese croissants cake and other usual items. Airy breakfast room. Space outside of hotel to lounge around. Owner and staff friendly. Parking outside is free but no hotel parking.

    Rooms were clean and large with a spacious bathroom. Roberta and Tomasso were incredible hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant food was amazing and home cooked. Loved staying there and would recommend others to stay there as well.

    Everything :) We had the appartement that was a bit separated from the others. Thus we had a lot of our own space. Great for self-catering but we had breakfast included, fresh fruit and jams from the farm itself. Freshly home baked goodies and more... Fun to have the option to go to the beach or relax at the pool.
