The facilities in the apartment itself are rather good: there's a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. When you go downhill, it's not so far from the lake with a bus stop nearby. The bathroom and floor look to be recently renovated too. The location was excellent, right across the ferry and 5 minutes walk to Villa Carlotta.
