Located right above Imago, easy access to the mall especially during the rainy night. Parking was provided and right in front of lift to the accommodation. Super clean, super responsive staffs.

The location is fantastic. Remember when you are reading reviews that there are many different units with different owners so the layout and the condition of the units may also differ. Our unit manager was Mark and he was fantastic and attentive. I highly recommend staying. Remember the price when you consider your expectations. It is clean, quite, and functional. Do not expect the Ritz Carlton.

Everything about this hotel is Chef kiss, very beautiful room, friendly staff, got refill for water outside the room. Room is very big, in fact they are very nice that they showed the other rooms to us (JIC we want to experience other rooms).

    Super friendly owner who greet us when we arrived and the apartment is so big and the seaview is so nice and beautiful. It have Netflix and mineral water provided for us. Mr Mark even came when check out time such a nice person. Very recommended to big family and for vacation place to stay

    The room was excellent very spacious water supplied. Cold scented towels and refreshing beverages. Staff was amazing we stayed in the ocean wing but even in the garden wing they was helpful whenever we went over there. Massive bath on the balcony had bubble baths. Was there for as part of my Honeymoon with my wife. Had a Gazibo dinner outside on the sand which was so romantic also

    The villa with the private pool was beautiful and perfect for our two young children. The rooms were of good size and the facilities in the room were good too, jacuzzi bath, shower, air conditioning etc. The staff were (mostly) also excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. There were daily check ins via WhatsApp, which was a nice touch, and a portable WiFi device was provided on arrival, which worked very well.

    Extremely spacious room with all modern facilities. Bathroom was giant too, awesome bath and separate shower wet room. Only had the breakfasts, but this was a high quality buffet. many items cooked to order, lots of international and local cuisine. Car park was to the immediate entrance of the hotel, making it nice and simple. The club lounge had great views, with a good selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and a nice selection of canapes and nibbles.

    Staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Room was spacey and had a nice bathtub too. It was a very quiet place for our family to relax. Distance wasnt too far from the main town either.

    Comfortable bed and great showers. Having 2 bathrooms was helpful. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge was a great space. 3 split systems cooled the apartment down quickly.

    The breakfast buffet spread was good, pretty much the same as other Hyatt. The room is spacious, good option to have sliding partition for the wash area. The toilet and bath is separated which is good. The location is just 5-10mins walk to Gaya Street and the busy area which is good, it will be very noisy if the hotel is right in the middle of the busy area especially during the weekend. The swimming pool is on the ground floor and faces the main road and the sea. Nice Club Lounge which serves good cocktail and snacks from 5.30-7.30pm.
