If there were any issues, staff would fix them almost immediately. There are 4 restaurants with plenty of options for food, and it is delicious. The rainforest surrounding the accommodation is so beautiful and well maintained. We loved seeing all the wildlife each day, especially the monkeys and otters. Usually a space to be found on loungers. Beautiful beach. Nice big room with extra large bed with room for 3 and they gave us an extra camp bed too. Loads of space plus storage.
