    Excellent price & space ratio and felt like staying at home. Just next door to Alamanda Mall which is far more relaxing than going to the hectic IOI. The best thing they gave me an upgrade without requesting to ensure 2 units were on the same floor. Everything worked well. Anyway we have been staying here several times since it was under Shaftsbury Putrajaya. In fact everything looked the same except the name changed to Mercure Living. Mercure could not change anything as everything were still good to perfection.

    the room is spacious..there is bath tub as well..since we are visiting during raya holiday and want to escape from heavy traffic, the bath tub is a life saver to me..i let my kids having a party inside so i got time to relax after my long journey..breakfast buffet was nice..my kids love it so much

    The buffet worth of value - mixed of traditional Malaysian food and western, the bed super duper comfy, bathtub were spacious, love the old vintage wardrobe in the room, love their bathrobe and totally loveee the architecture of the building and the garden! Awesome view and very calming and relaxing.

    1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They tried their best resolving matters at hand. 2. Executive lounge was quiet and peaceful, I love that I can eat peacefully without queueing for food at breakfast buffet 3. Room was spacious and had adequate amenities. Balconies was big and we loved it 4. The in dining menu tasted great. We book multiple times during this trip. 5. The bathroom is spacious and clean. 6. Wifi is stable for work purpose

    Like the hotel. Stayed at executive suite for 3D 2N.The room so spacious,clean and comfortable. The view from the room is so scenic.Big and clean bathroom. 2 flat tv. One in the room and another at the livin room. Hv netflix, youtube etc just use your own netflix acc. Got 2days free entry to executive lounge for hi-tea. The breakfast was super nice too with variety of choice. Will come back for this hotel in future.

    The spacious room, the comfortable bed, the bathroom and the bathub. The large swimming pool.. my children esp loves the slides and jacuzzi. The breakfast spread is wonderful, so many food to choose. Everything is wonderful!

    The house is really spacious. Big rooms Bathrooms are well equipped and clean. Check in was easy as instruction was given about a month before check in date. It was short but relaxing stay for us. Kitchen was also well equipped with utensils so if you want to cook meals while staying here, you can. Large swimming pool but we didn't have the chance to try due to tight wedding schedule. Shops /restaurants were also close to the apartment but you have to drive there. Overall, i'll definitely recommend this place.
