    The host was incredible and worked with us, but for the price on a Monday, it was extremely too high. The Jacuzzi was very dirty and we did take a fall trying to get up the stairs. Because the rails are covered with Vegetation.. You can't hold on to The rails, kitchen And bedroom upstairs with bathroom, little confusing. But other than that, beautiful .

    From the moment we checked in, every single staff person was very friendly, kind and helpful! The suite we had was beyond expectations; much larger! The location was very convenient for the nature we wanted to experience, great for getting on highways, and convenient to many restaurants. Having a hot breakfast before we started our day was wonderful. One afternoon we had a nice time relaxing by the fireplace, chatting and drinking the complimentary tea/coffee- a te of wonderful memory making!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the grounds had plenty of space to walk my dog. The Wednesday reception was also excellent. Would stay here again in the future if I end up back in Akron.
