Nice to have a regular bed instead of a bunk one, and it was really comfortable. Some of the staff members were nice some not, but Andrew who showed me to my room was very helpful and friendly, and made sure that I have everything I need. Free coffee is such a great thing and the lounge was so cosy (so many books there!).
