They were there for our every need. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. The hotel had ample room for our family of 5. It's hard to find nice hotels that fit larger families. The building is very nice and well distributed, fitting perfectly into the landscape. The rooms are very nicely decorated, with a contemporary beach vibe. The bathroom could use sone renovation, but all in all it was good. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and boh were amazing.
