It used to be my favorite place to stay in cedar city, when we'd come stay in town to do jobs or to just get away from where we live for a while. It was the best value for the money, staff used to be friendly and recognize us, and we had a good relationship with them, but now they act like they don't know us anymore and ask for our room # and proof of room key every time we walk inside from outside,which they never used to do.

    Big Yellow Inn has astonishing decorations. You can clearly see how the owners are taking care of every single detail. The breakfast was very good, had both sweet and salty options available. The suite on the top floor was spacious with 2 double beds and 1 single. Late check in was possible.

    Breakfast wasn't great. Very noisy neighbors. Front desk staff was exceptionally good. Beds were okay too. Pool was COLD and hot tub was too hot so couldn't use them. We'll see what it's like after the remodel.. Otherwise, we'll probably pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

    Delighted to have a large 2 queen bedded room with lots of counter space so that my stuff didn't have to sit on the floor. Also the extra vanity and sink outside the bathroom was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ample.

    We had the Falstaff room with king bed, beautifully appointed and laid-out. Good bed, good bathroom, fluffy towels. Breakfast next morning was in the main house in a nice setting with good choice of hot and cold items in buffet style. We had nice conversations with other guests. The inn is situated in a residential neighborhood, close to theatre and art museum and university campus. Ample parling space.

    The staff were so friendly and helpful from checking in to breakfast and housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, welcoming, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for road links. The pool is fantastic and the spa was so relaxing.
