Indoor pool was open in April, free food and 2 free drinks. The room was huge & spacious and very clean!!!

What I loved, was Kirsten. I had an early flight to land well before check in. She notated my reservation and I was able to be accommodated. She should be recognized personally also for her bubbly smile and customer service. Room was decent but I’ve had much much better for that price and location. Translation: Its a Steak 48, PF Changs, and Del Frisco’s less than 5 minutes away. I just expected better. Thats all

Offering spacious completely nonsmoking suites furnished with full kitchens, this Charlotte, North Carolina hotel is only a short drive from the downtown area.

Everything free breakfast in the morning cocktail hour in the evening very clean pool with hot tub. We stop here every year on our way to drive down to Florida.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice! The amenities are too much to name! We were so impressed by how accommodating the facility was! The breakfast/dinner were amazing and the complementary drinks were awesome!!! Pool and hot tub area was very clean and nice! We cannot wait to come back!

    Very comfortable room with the shared bathroom conveniently next to this room. Check-in procedure was smooth and the hosts were very helpful in answering any questions you may have. A small TV in the room, and also a desk enough space to work on your laptop.

    An ideal location for those working in the convention centre. Large rooms, that are well set up for relaxing and working. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. Curiously, Americans LOVE disposable cutlery and eating from paper plates. While the breakfast (waffles!) Is good, it is best to bring cutlery and plates from the room to the breakfast lounge. It makes breakfast so much more enjoyable.

    Excellent stay from checking-in through to checking out. Great room, really clean and comfy bed, and oh - the aircon works well. the bathrooms were clean and very spacious. I was surprised at how much space I had in the studio which had everything including a big fridge in the kitchen area. Couldn't fault it, and you could tell the designers thought it through. Lovely stay, and there wasn't that claustrophobic feeling of being in a hotel room because it was large.

    the breakfast is awesome! The room was amazing. We had a kitchenette, dishwasher, 2 very comfortable beds, and a very spacious room set up. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom facilities were separated for more than 1 person to be utilizing a different appliance. ALL the employees I interacted with her superb, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond what I had expected.
