We arrived early and received a very warm welcome, we were allowed to park the car and recommended a lovely place for lunch. Our room ( pacific ) was so pretty with lovely views. Love the decor Happy hour was nice social event Waters Edge has 8 rooms but only 4 tables for breakfast. We found this disappointing. We had to clear the only remaining table ourselves ( and nowhere to put dishes ) then had to wait for juice & yogurt to be replaced. Only bagels and no bread for toast

I liked the atmosphere and the view of the dock. The shuttle to the center was very efficient.

The hotel is in a great location close to the water, marina, nice restaurant nearby. Downtown just a short drive away. The room was very comfortable and roomy and the morning breakfast was very good. The front desk attendant was not friendly and welcoming but otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The site is right next to everything we wanted to do, with easy access to the city. The staff were so friendly. The cleaning staff were so helpful and did a great job.

Everything was new and clean. Especially the spa was nice and the gym had good machines. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed it a lot and decided to stay longer than anticipated. The breakfast was decent by what you expect here, even had some proper cutlery. The free evening snacks were very welcome and unique about this hotel, including some tasty local craft beers.
