gave us a room that was not cleaned, then someone opened our door because the lady at the desk forgot she had given the room to us and then our keys wouldn't work because the other people cancelled ours out. we stay here a lot because it's half way to our family and the price is right. you just have to have more help.

    We LOVED it. Our room was super spacious. Everything made you feel pampered in luxury. The towels were good quality. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, and the 24-hour tea and coffee very appreciated.

    Easy checkin. King Suite room was spacious and clean. Mattress was comfortable. The hot tub was delightful. Breakfast offered multiple choices, including eggs and sausage links, waffles, bagels, cereal and more. Overall our favorite place to stay on our 4 night trip.
