Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas enjoys a location in Kitty Hawk, a 4-minute walk from Kitty Hawk Beach and 1.5 miles from Southern Shores Beach.

We were upgraded to the 1 bedroom from the efficiency and didn't know till we walked in so that was a surprise, while they definitely could use some updating it was clean and comfortable and I booked at an amazing price so no complaints in the end.

    I felt like the listing for this stay was described really well, we got what we signed up for, in the best way! The apartment was very clean, the staff was friendly, available, and helpful. As a bonus, the property had extra amenities we weren't expecting, like free family movie nights in their theater room, 3 pools (1 indoor and 2 outside), hot tub, mini golf, tennis, etc. Great place to stay with family

    This was my 4th time at Sea Scape, and every time I’ve been has been great! the pools and hot tub are always clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and there are so many amenities on the property!

    Good facilities but no hair dryer. They only gave me one garbage bag for 2 nights, and there was no toilet paper in the 1st floor bathroom, but the toilet paper in the 2nd floor bathroom was in the welcome package, so I was told to buy more.

    Sea Scape has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool and hot tube. All of the facilities were extremely clean. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Furniture was in good repair and comfortable. It is modest apartment, but we knew going in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and the guests were families. It is 2 blocks from the beach and we were able to find parking easily. Laundry facilities were excellent too. I enjoyed it and will look at it again in the future as a place to stay in Kitty Hawk.

    The room, although basic, was clean and the beds were comfortable. Likewise, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The hotel itself was easy to find and was located far enough from the main road to be quiet. The breakfast that was included was good.

    We participated in so many activities!! We had a quiet family gathering, and my 20-something kid just couldn't stop dragging us to some of the art, painting, building, etc., activities at the resort. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and paddle boats!! Our rooms were amazing. We had a suite with bedrooms, and it was odd, as it was two connected suites, so we had two kitchens, but I have no complaints there. There was lots of storage and plenty of space. We had a blast!

    Private location, plenty of room with one area mostly handicap accessible. Hot tub on the deck was a big hit with the kids (teens) customer service through vacasa was fast to respond and with great communication
