    Very nice customer service. Has an elevator, indoor pool and hot tub, ice machine on every floor, plus a coffee k cup machine in the hotel room. Nice breakfast. Clean room.

    Room was spacious, well appointed, and the entire hotel was brand new. Beds were comfy and bathroom was very modern, spacious. Location was right off the highway and there were lots of restaurants very close by.

    Plenty of pillows and a comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub area was spotless. The amenties of drinks (coffee and soda plus 3 cocktails each night), popcorn snack, dinner, and breakfast make the stay relaxing and we never had to leave once we arrived which was great on a cold rainy night. We will be staying here again in the future.

    My first time staying here and really enjoyed it! The rates were good, liked how the grounds were quiet, front desk staff were friendly, always ready to give me more towels, soaps, etc. There was enough space for luggage, etc. Armchair was comfy - beds were the right height, big TV, lots of channels and comfy pillows. Bathroom was stocked up with towels, soap, etc. Room was overall comfy; liked how the sink area was separate from the bathroom.

    Great location, easy walk up into the city - close to all the brilliant Market Square restaurants & bars. Decor was very modern, in communal areas & bedroom, bathroom was really spacious and comfortable too.

    Loved everything about this hotel! The location and room were perfect. We had loads of space and the little touches like Q-tips and make up remover in the bathroom were very much appreciated. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Even the enticing smell in the corridors was glorious! You could tell that someone has put an enormous amount of thought into the little details at the Tennessean and it made our short stay very memorable.
