The improvements. Looking a lot better than the last time I stayed here. Wasn't sure I wanted to stay here again, decided to try here again and this time everything was great. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Cincinnati. Which is about 10 times a year

Great Wolf Lodge Mason offers an on-site water park, multiple on-site restaurants, and many on-site activities that the whole family can enjoy together!

The hotel is dirty and our room was dirty. The room was also not ready at 4:00 check in. The water park is starting to look run down and filthy. Very disappointed in the Lodge and will never pay for Great Wolf Lodge again.

Was the best hotel in the area? I actually went to a different hotel and I hate it the experience so bad. End up booking here and this place made me feel so much better. I'm not from Ohio, but when I go back. This is the only place I will book.
