Clean rooms, hot tub soak every evening, and outdoor gas fireplace. Front office staff was always available. The breakfast was serviced by a nearby Mexican restaurant (a short walk). The whole town was walkable. The furthest we had to walk in town was a 1/2 mile to the Hot Springs.

This place deserves a rating much higher than 10. It is the single nicest place I've stayed while using Booking, from the front desk staff to the valet to the general manager to the facilities. Start with the arrival - met by a valet who took our luggage and met us at our room. Never lifted a finger. We checked in at the front desk and it was seamless. They even upgraded us! The front desk person gave us a tour that included all the little things - how the tv worked, how radiant heating worked, wifi code, and breakfast. Our valet Sam brought up our bags and told us a few secret hikes and drives in the area. The room was clean and had everything we needed including robes, towels and nice amenities including nespresso coffee. They even supplied us with some powder that helps with the altitude and a bottle of sunscreen - a nice touch. The breakfast was not just a muffin and juice basket. It was the whole package, eggs, butter, local bacon, local granola, local yougert, and they resupplied it each morning. As an added bonus, the General Manager brought us a nice bottle of red wine - again a nice touch. Jose - another valet also filled us in on some local secret drives which was much appreciated. The whole experience was just way more than we expected.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great room and great location. Best sleep we’ve had in months and our pooch has warmly welcomed.
Stepping into a hot tub and soaking in warm water is bliss. If you choose a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you want – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer private hot tubs, while others have shared jacuzzis, usually part of a wellness spa.
We enjoyed the proximity to the river trail, hot tubs, evening gas fire pit, and, honestly, the access to snacks and drinks at the gas station/front desk.
Beautiful location surrounding by mountains and the small city of Ouray. Everything was clean. The hot tubs were spectacular in a natural surroundings. Wonderful place!
Very clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom area and good shower.
Room has a microwave too!
Pearce was a friendly and warm host.
Everything! From our checkin through to our check out. Pierce welcomed us on arrival, and he was absolutely wonderful. So happy and welcoming.
The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great - something for everyone. The hot tubs were an added bonus and the location was perfect.
This is our second time staying, and we will definitely stay here again, if we ever make it back to Ouray.
Great value for money too
We love the pools/hot tubs and free breakfast. The easy access to the ice park is fantastic. The staff is very nice and friendly. The free access to the steam and dry rooms/saunas this year was a huge plus. Very relaxing and great way to recover after a long day climbing!!
We will continue to make this place our annual vacation and base camp when we come to town.
The accommodation is right next to the main road, but the staff was very helpful and we got a room facing the courtyard, but it was on the ground floor so we heard every step overhead. It's a pity that the room was not spacious enough, especially the bathroom was quite cramped.
