United StatesDidn't make it to breakfast, the room was infested with roaches, we didn't even stay the night. I want a refund... I walked in and turned on the lights and they scattered. I immediately went back to the jeep and told the wife to leave everything in the car, I then looked at the reviews and noticed 5 or 6 similar incidents from the day before. And a bunch of reviews saying that the owner will keep your deposit, witch was $50. So I went back to the hotel to take a video of my room showing that I did nothing more than enter the room. , I then went and returned my room key and checked out.

Lots of hotels don’t offer that anymore and for me that’s a huge plus. I didn’t bring a pet but also pet friendly and I love that about places as well!
