Our two-night December stay at this beachfront condo exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely perfect - just steps away from the sand, making it effortless to enjoy morning walks and sunset views right from your doorstep. What truly set this experience apart was our incredibly attentive host. Lisa went above and beyond with personalized recommendations for local activities and restaurants that really enhanced our stay. She suggested eateries which were spot-on, helping us discover some hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. Whether we needed advice on the best time to visit certain attractions or had questions about the condo itself, she was always readily available and quick to respond. The proximity to the beach cannot be overstated - being able to easily pop back to the condo throughout the day was a huge convenience. You can literally hear the waves from the property, creating that perfect vacation atmosphere. Lisa's wealth of local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring guests have the best possible experience makes this place stand out from other rentals. Her proactive communication and willingness to help with any questions made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a beachfront getaway with the added bonus of a superhost who truly cares about your experience, don't hesitate to book this condo. We would definitely stay here again on any future visits to St Pete Beach!

Lovely stretch of the beach, though just a five minute walk to Johns pass. Staff were amazingly friendly with great communication. Rooms were brilliant and parking was available.

    We had a great time. We loved our apartment - very comfortable, equiped with everything we could need and spotlessly clean. Great location, there were enough parking spaces and it was across the street from the beach.

    It was wonderfull stay. Vintage building. Great location right on the beautiful beach. Just too many lights and cords no mirror. All the outlets were taken by lamps and fridge and hard to reach to plug in chargers or anything else. Only minor little annoyances. It was great place to relax. Loved the patio outdoor space and hamak.. just needs a little better organizing with electricals and a big mirror would be nice.

    The hotel is small but very well organized. The floors have balconies with sea views, which compensates for the lack of balconies in the rooms. The area around the pool overlooking the sea is covered with tiles and there are many tables and sun loungers where guests can relax and enjoy the sea view. Excellent combination of price and quality of service and hotel location

    This is a comfortable and clean perfect location directly on the beach. Watched the sunsets sitting on the long spacious balcony! Kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook in and more! Plus you simply cross the street to walk and shop and eat at John’s Pass! And yes view Dolphins swimming while on the balcony😊 Quiet condo off Main Street was relaxing. Excellent communication before during and after with owners.

    They had a fully stocked kitchen and two bedroom and two bathrooms. A very big balcony, pool, hot tub, an accessible dock and everything! There wasn’t anything more we needed. It would have been nice to have room service though, but I think you have to request and pay for it. The view is fantastic. The beach is a 1 min walk if you get a room with a bay view.

    This was a beautiful hotel with extremely kind staff and wonderful facilities. We stayed in the king suite and had access to a king-sized bed, a foldout couch, as well as a large bathroom and kitchenette. There was a pool and hot tub that we made plenty use of, and the hotel also lent us beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and bikes for free so we could visit the beach at their doorstep

    This is apt. type effenancy. The the furniture is old and smelly. It permeates the whole room. If you want to move to another room it costs 49$ more a night. The bathroom hot tub Jacuzzi doesn't work. The cooking utensils were dirty. Basically I had to clean the place before staying there for a week. Could never get the stench smell out of the room. I liked the beach view.

    Great size apartment with 3 beds and 3 baths! Lots of kitchen space and seating for guests. It had wonderful views of the ocean as it was directly on beach. It had a wrap around balcony with outdoor seating and a table for 8 guests!

    Clean and updated to modern standards, thoughtfully appointed to suit typical needs (too often lacking): bedside lamps on both sides and with charging ports, dresser, sleek bathroom design with all amenities, closet with plenty of hangers, easy to get more of anything, tiny perfect kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, sink, pots pans etc., nice TV (did not use), plenty of space to lounge outdoors, easy walk to the beach/shops/Sunday outdoor market/restaurants, awesome staff. Would definitely stay here again.
