Great location! Restaurants, bars, pool, hot tub and beach are literally right outside the door/ok, 2 minute walk. The condo was comfortable and well stocked.

Our room was perfect. The halls were like walking into and out to paradise. The staff was so very wonderful. The kauai coffee was the best hotel coffee I've ever had. Our room location could not have been more perfect. From our balcony we could see the ocean hear the band. Just the best place I've ever traveled to and stayed. Side note! Not part of our resort. The walkway to the shopping and dinning areas really needs cleaned up better. It's so out of place between the resort and the shopping and dinning area. A tall privacy fence would be a great purchase for that walkway to hide all the not so pleasant things. But I'll still be back to kauai Shores hotel for sure!

There are different annexes and it's a little tricky to navigate. The room was large and clean with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I appreciated having a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge in the room. We received an upgrade and that was a pleasant surprise.

The facility itself nice from the outside, as well as inside the main part of the building. The pool looked okay from a distance as well. Music at the lounge was great for the one time that we ate dinner there.
