The place is extremely well cared for and even though they were doing some upgrades I loved that they were careful to keep sounds at a minimum. My room was on the ground floor, but since it was overlooking an interior patio i actually got some really nice sun in the morning. The bathroom was outside the room, but I had full privacy since I was the only one to use that small section of the hotel. Loved the common areas and how it's all set up, feels at the same time homey and full of new spots to discover. The breakfast was really good and the hosts nice. And it was very, very clean. They have a parking area available. It was a perfect place for me to start my travels each morning since it's in the middle of the island. Have no clue if it's easily accessible by public transport, so I recommend renting a car. The pool area also seemed nice but I didn't use it.

It’s well located, near the Playa Blanca marina, with a fantastic view to the sea from all rooms and to Fuerteventura. The swimming pool, rooms, breakfast, pool bar are all very high quality. The staff are charming, efficient and very helpful.

Lovely aparthotel in a great location, super clean with a sea view. 2 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and we will be back again.

Excellent location with the hotel being right next to the sea. We enjoyed many sunrise walks. The hotel was immaculate. So clean. The staff were really helpful and always friendly and approachable. The buffet restaurant at Hotel Las Costas features a terrace. There is a poolside bar with hammocks, which serves light refreshments. Gluten-free meals are available on request. Bar seemed understaffed on some nights. Service occasionally slow.

Situated in Playa Blanca, 300 metres from Flamingo Beach and 1.1 km from Playa Blanca, Villas New Lanzasuites features accommodation with free WiFi, a garden, garden views, and access to a hot tub and a solarium. This villa also features a heated pool. Guests can access the villa via private entrance. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped, good knives, microwave and washing machine. The thoughtfulness of leaving a welcome pack as we arrived at 8pm. The location was ideal, so close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We have booked to come back next year.

Everything was excellent including the helpful staff. Amazing location with easy access to the rest of the island.
