The apartments are very well kept, as well as other facilities. The pools are nice and so is the fitness area, but the later is a bit small and thus gets crowded quite easily, which we didn't care for too much. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on the buses to Los Cristianos, coordinating everything for the massage etc.

The service was outstanding. I was there during Christmas and the hotel was still staffed properly. The food was amazing with abundant choices. Even I was everyday at the buffet for almost a week, I never get bored by the diversity of the dishes. The location of the hotel can be good or bad, depending on your perspective. On one hand, it's really quiet but on the other hand, quite inconvenient to go around without a rental car. The drive from the Southern Airport to the hotel can be a bit challenging (curvy mountain roads, frequent up/downhills). You could take a detour with better road conditions but it will take 30min longer. I would definitely go again if I'm ever in Tenerife.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided the perfect place to unwind with a breathtaking view. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the concierge team for their excellent recommendations. The breakfast buffet is simply outstanding—a wide variety of high-quality dishes, from fresh fruit to local specialties, all served in a beautiful setting. The on-site restaurants also offered exquisite cuisine, with options that delighted our taste buds each night. The pool area is another highlight, with multiple pools surrounded by comfortable loungers and lush gardens. It never felt crowded, and the service by the pool was impeccable. We loved spending afternoons relaxing there, soaking in the sun, and enjoying refreshing drinks. Overall, our stay at Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxury, comfort, and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best hotels I've ever visited. Located in Puerto de la Cruz, 1.5 KM from Martiánez Beach, Hotel Atlantic Mirage Suites & SPA offers an all year round swimming pool and free WiFi. Absolutely stunning hotel. - The view from the rooms was incredible, it felt like we were on a cruise ship. - I’m a bit of a germaphobe so I picked this hotel because of its excellent cleaning rating (9.3 upon booking) and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of the hotel felt clean, from the rooms, to the rooftop bar, to the restaurant. The cleaners worked round the clock. They cleaned our room every day(which you don’t always get since covid) and were always around if you needed extra towels. - The area around the hotel is quiet from a nightlife pov but has lots of small restaurants and shops that are open late, and it feels very safe to walk around, even as a woman at night. - The spa was amazing, probably one of the best I’ve been in, and well worth the €15 on a cloudy day. - I used the gym daily and while it doesn’t have a massive array of equipment it has enough to get the job done, treadmill, bike, elliptical, squat rack, bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a Lat Pulldown, chest press and leg extension machine. it’s bigger than expected too so there’s plenty of room to grab a mat and do your own thing. - Breakfast was incredible each morning, I’ve never seen anything like it except for in the buffets in Vegas where you pay $45 to enter. A great selection, even for vegetarians and vegans. - Finally the rooftop bar was my favourite, the staff were the nicest up there, the drinks were delish, the music was great and the hang-gliders were incredible to watch!

The Hotel Botánico and Oriental Spa Garden 5*GL features 3 outdoor pools and offers luxurious accommodations surrounded by beautiful gardens with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. The hotel is warm and welcoming and provides excellent rooms and services. We loved everything! The restaurant and bars offered great food and drinks. Everyone was very friendly, hospitality is top of mind in this hotel.

Iberostar Sábila - Adults Only is located on Fañabe Beach on Tenerife’s Costa Adeje. It has large gardens. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The staff here are phenomenal.

Every day delicious warm dishes. Room was spacious and brand new, very clean. Hotel is very quiet and I was really resting there. I needed a desk and It was arranged for me. There is vending machine in the hotel, swimming pool and big parking. My favourite place to stay. Highly recomended.
