Restaurants/coffee places, luggage, etc..) and uncommon tips (ie. recommendation on rooftop open air swimming pools)! The room was almost brand new, very specious, comfortable, and had anything we needed, including a small kitchen and some extra supplements (cookis, chocolate, etc...) we could have for free. The hotel is in the city centre, right in the middle of Ermou Street, but we could not hear any noise cause the room was soundproof. We could leave our luggage till late afternoon and that was very handy. Overall, beyond expectations, thank you!

We made a booking last minute and when we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the 2 ladies in the reception area, both of them were extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean and well maintained, the hotel is very new/renovated and we couldn't be more happy about our stay!!! Highly recommended!
