The staff were super kind and helpful. It was a last minute trip for me and my husband and they were so kind to help us get last minute reservations at restaurants and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The room was exactly as displayed in the pictures and brand new hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent.

In the heart of Rethymno Town, John & Mary Suites features quiet street views from the balcony. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Booking was very easy and the communication from the host was superb from the day we booked. They reached out to us multiple times in the weeks leading up to our visit to offer assistance. They met us at time of check in and provided an in depth tour as well as recommendations to make our stay more pleasant. The room itself was very clean and well appointed and in a great location...5 minute walk to old town. They also provided complimentary raki and balloons/cookies as we checked in on Valentines Day. Would definitely stay here again.
