She gave a lot of usefull info about the surroundings and things to do on Krete. The staff were super kind and helpful. It was a last minute trip for me and my husband and they were so kind to help us get last minute reservations at restaurants and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The room was exactly as displayed in the pictures and brand new hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent.
