The place literally lives up to it's name. It really is an escape. It is placed in a rural area, far away form traffic, noise and crowds. We had a King Deluxe Suite and it lived to our expectations. Amazing view of the pool and ocean. I recommend getting this instead of the standard rooms if you want more privacy because those are at pool level. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Room service was fast and perfect. Totally recommend if you want to spend a few days away from crowds.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were always very helpful. We arrived at the airport after midnight but they still arranged an airport pick up and let us check in. When we arrived they had a club sandwich for us incase we were hungry. We also went to the spa several times and found the massages were quality. We are most meals I. The restaurant or bar. The food was great so we only ate out a few times. Breakfast was a feast.

It is a beautiful experience that we will never forget with the time we spent with these warm and loving people. The house is beautiful and clean. You have your own hot spring on your doorstep which is really fantastic. In the evening they light a cozy campfire. When we were there they were playing guitar. It was a good vibe. They really do everything for you and nothing is too much to ask. We miss them already!
