No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will come back again this hotel. Strategically located in Batam, Batam City Hotel offers a restaurant and free WiFi access throughout the property. Batam City Square Mall is less than a 5-minute walk away. Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.

Mayroon ang Crown Vista Hotel ng outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, hardin, at terrace sa Nagoya. Everything about the hotel. It's not on the main road which creates a quiet environment. Amenities are good. There's a bar. The breakfast has gotten much better
